Forensic Skills is a specialist recruitment business that supplies staff to Digital Forensics and e-Discovery consultancies, Blue Chip companies and Law Firms throughout the complete EDRM: Collections, Processing and Review on permanent, contract and temporary basis.
Our client offers eDiscovery software platforms to commercial and government clients.
They currently have an urgent requirement for eDiscovery Sales Manager in their London office.
Job Purpose
To develop and perform sales activities in assigned market. To take responsibility and accountability to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager must be a hunter NOT a farmer. Generating new business is key for this role. Your department is responsible for selling software solutions to potential customers in order to achieve the set sales targets.

Main tasks and responsibilities
? Generate leads and new sales cycles (pro-active), cold calling, networking etc.
? Identify possibilities for complex and tailor-made solutions
? Be able to sell on ROI and added value of the company?s solutions and base pricing on added value
? Consequently, help prospects or customer with building their business case
? Stay in touch when projects are ready to install and keep overall project management/ responsibility
? Maintain and update predictable/reliable and transparent forecast
? Lead the account team (pre-sales, professional services, legal and in some cases finance and customer support)
? Organize on-site and off-site demo's
? Give presentations on seminars
Skills & Experience
? 5 years of relevant sales experience with Enterprise Software Solutions and preferably also with E-Discovery
? Experienced in solution selling
? Experienced in enterprise software sales
? Hands-on mentality
? Very experienced in sales acquisition
? Excellent ?closing? skills
